Job Description

- Aswer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, - - complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
- Using process knowledge in replying to customers.
- Maintaining quality standards
- Effective and timely communication .

SKILLS REQUIRED :
- 12th passout or any other undergraduate/ Graduate.
- 0 to 6 months Experience
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills
- Fluency in spoken English and Hindi
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- presentable, polite and presentable

Salary 1 Lac 50 Thousand To 2 Lac P.A.
