Candidate will be responsible for handling Inbound calls, and will be responsible for solving customer queries.

Location = Noida
Shift Timings = 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Weekly Working Days = 5 Days
Off Days: = SAT, SUN
Salary Offered
₹12,000 to ₹22.0 K (monthly)Incentives + PF & ESIC

Selection Criteria
Education = Graduation degree mandatory
Experience = 0/6 months to 3 yrs of experience as Customer Care* or Telesales / Telemarketing* mandatory
Gender = Male mandatory
Communication = Excellent English skills - Ability to Speak, Write & Read

Job Description

Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 to ₹22,000.00 /month
