Candidate will be responsible for handling Inbound calls, and will be responsible for solving customer queries.
Job Details
Location = Noida & Gurgaon
Shift Timings = 9:00 pm - 5:00 am (Night shift) | 5:00 am to 2:30 pm (Early Morning Shift)

Weekly Working Days = 5 Days
Off Days: = SAT, SUN

Salary & Compensation
Salary Offered = 15,000 to 25.0000 K (monthly)
Incentives + PF & ESIC

Selection Criteria
Education = 12TH & Graduation degree mandatory
Experience = 0/6 months to experience as Customer Care* or Telesales / Telemarketing* mandatory
Gender = Male / Female
Communication = Excellent English skills - Ability to Speak, Write & Read

Job Description

- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
