We are currently looking for Customer Service Executives to work in our Noida office
Responsibities and duties:-
1. Answering calls politely and professionally to 2. provide information about services and
3. Keeping records of customer interactions and
different transactions, recording details of
complaints, comments, inquiries.
4. Always choosing the best solution to solve a
problem; rectifying, adjusting and also
following up to ensure proper resolution.
5. Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Required Experience and Qualifications:-
Any Graduation is Required
Freshers are welcome from Domestic and International BPO Sector is needed
Excellent communication skills.
Good sentence formation skills.
Fluent English , Hindi preferred.
6 to 5 days working in a week
Pick & drop Cab Facility Available in Odd hours
