1. Phone Calls to Follow Up On Medical Records and Get Status
2. Phone Calls to Various Government Offices to Get Case Status for Our Clients
3. Making Notes for all Medical Provider Calls and Status Calls in Our Case Management System
4. Possibly Some Status Calls to Clients, Depending On Performance with the First Two Tasks
5. Maintaining Records and Processing as Required
required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
any Graduate - Any Specialization
outbound Call Center Experience Preferably Us Healthcare
a Strong Work Ethic and Positive Attitude
must Be a Self-starter and have the Ability to Work Independently or with a Team
